Refund policy

We have a 7-day return/refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To start a return or any questions about a return please contact us at orders@mckinleyk.com. Please include your full name, order number and reason for return/refund.

If your return/refund is accepted, we’ll notify you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund it will not be accepted. All returns require a return authorization number to be eligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return/refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new unworn, free of odor, and in its original packaging with SKU sticker and tags still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all item/s in your order and it has to be shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. 

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Processing time is 5 - 7 business days after we receive your return.
We will email you after return has been processed. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receivingand contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as cosmetics or body care products), bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, intimates/lingerie.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations  

Your order cannot be canceled if it's already in the processing status or states it has been shipped.
Advise to canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If your order is able to be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.

 Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept exchanges.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
